The Taste Lab is the latest pop-up space located on level five of Harvey Nichols's food market. As an initiative of Global Food Consulting, the Taste Lab introduces the most recent food news and trends from around the world to London and the rest of the United Kingdom.
Although this is a great initiative that brings awareness to all of the different strategies happening in the food industry, the Taste Lab's most intriguing element has to be its Test Tube Chandelier that hangs above the space. Made up of 540 chemistry laboratory test tubes, it takes on a fluid, wave shape that is clearly inspired by the Taste Lab's allusion to a scientific lab. It was designed by In Square Lab.
