Walton Launched the 'TAKYON Leo' With 80 KM of Range

Walton launched the 'TAKYON Leo,' an affordable electric bicycle designed for the Bangladesh market. This e-bike is an improved version of the brand's previous TAKYON bike with a few key changes. Most notably, the Leo variant does not require the rider to receive Bangladesh Road Transport Authority (BRTA) registration, streamlining the riding process for Walton customers.

This e-bike is available in three variants, each at a different price point with battery sizes that correspond with the price. The three batteries are 12 Ah, 20 Ah, and 23 Ah packs, which achieve ranges from 40 to 80 km per charge, with the 23 Ah battery pack pushing just beyond 80 Km. The 12 Ah variant retails for roughly $470 USD, while the 23 Ah model costs near $565 USD.
