The 'Take a Rest' sculpture, which was designed as a collaboration between studio Tokyo and Dutch artist Parro, depicts a penguin sitting down on its bottom. Each penguin has also been given human arms and feet, which are both placed in a pair of high-heels. The 'Take a Rest' sculpture is made from porcelain and is rather small, measuring at only 15 x 20cm. Despite its petite size, the 'Take a Rest' sculpture is extremely captivating as penguins are animals that lack both arms and legs and seeing them wearing two pairs of high-heels is endearingly bizarre.
The sculpture is available in a turquoise, red or black, however only 70 of the peculiar penguins were produced. The price and release date of the sculptures is not yet known.
