SKINN boasts a tactile skincare packaging look that is meant to hone in on the senses -- specifically touch and sight. Since such products are so closely linked to these experiences, it's only natural that they would relay that connection right from the beginning. Of course, this concept also lends itself to a very chic and sophisticated aesthetic, one that is often associated with the beauty industry.
Conceived by Ning Li for his Pratt Institute student project, the tactile skincare packaging uses such materials as brushed metal, clear glass, cork and silicone. Each one evokes a different feel that allows people to associate the benefits of the products to. Not to mention that they stand out from the competitors.
