Nike introduces its latest 'Sustainability collection' to bring awareness to the issues that surround fashion sustainability. The capsule features an 'Earth Day' pack, which is comprised of footwear models such as the Blazer Low, the Cortex, and the Air Force 1s. All of the signature designs are constructed from the label's new Flyleather material, which is a blend of 50% leather-fiber materials.
This construction makes the entire model more durable and lightweight than the traditional hide material. All of the sneakers showcase artwork done in collaboration with Steve Harrington, featuring playful cartoon-like Earth visuals along with other planets. The imagery highlights the Earth being carried, hugged, or exercising. Additional details include the accents of blue, teal, and aqua, accompanied by palm trees, co-branded details, and Swooshes in Harrington's style.
