Micromobility platform Superpedestrian has announced the launch of new 'Passes' for its e-scooter service, which will roll out in several cities throughout Europe. The Passes aim to offer travelers a more cost-efficient method for utilizing the service while also making the ride-share process more accessible by leveraging a method already common to public transport -- i.e., the 'pass.'
Passes will be available in daily, weekly, and monthly options, each offering major savings for commuters who consistently use Superpedestrian's e-scooters to travel around their cities. In addition, the passes will provide customers with the first 30 minutes of their ride free once they have chosen a payment option.
When explaining the incentive behind the newly launched feature, Steven Hodgson, Marketing Manager (EMEA) at Superpedestrian, said, "passes are good for our riders, good for local economies, and good for the planet."
