Sundae School has created a ‘Rituals’ capsule collection based on themes like cannabis, emotions, and enlightenment for summer 2022. The collection tells a story through monochromatic and psychedelic pieces, emphasizing elements of Korean culture. The distinctive company also tries its hand at textile swimwear, starting with its signature t-shirts.
Short-sleeve T-shirts with graphic prints range from hand-drawn art to spray paint, with other offerings like adjustable tops and swimwear styles. Other highlights include Kwangmoo Lee's ‘Silk Jeogori Sets’ which take inspiration from traditional Korean hanboks, and paisley-printed pants with embroidered elements inspired by Dancheong, a Korean temple motif.
"This collection looks back to Sundae School’s first forays into Smokewear, with high-end, structured uniforms designed for recreational consumption and vibrant prints inspired by Korean culture and the ever-expanding fabric of Cannabis subculture," said Sundae School Founder, Dae Lim.
