Pitch Black Luxury Watches

H. Moser Launched a 'Vantablack' Streamliner at $119,900 USD

H. Moser & Cie launched its first non-steel streamliner with the 'Streamliner Tourbillon Vantablack.' The watch itself features a 40 mm case and bracelet made out of 5N red gold that results in a highly premium feel and look to the timepiece. The subtle red gold contrasts with the pitch-dark vantablack dial to create a beautiful eye-catching colorway.

The indices are also manufactured out of red gold. However, these are thin to the point where they disappear to the eye at certain viewing angles, thanks to the properties of the vantablack dial. Perhaps the most attractive aspect of the Streamliner Tourbillon Vantablack, though, is the skeletonized six o'clock portion of the dial that showcases the one-minute flying tourbillon, which is visually floating in the dial.

This timepiece takes advantage of Precision Engineering AG's HMC 804 automatic caliber to deliver ultra-reliable hand pacing and accuracy over long periods of time. The caliber features a frequency of 21,600 vibrations per hour and a minimum power reserve of three days, which is quite long for an automatic timepiece.

The Streamliner Tourbillon Vantablack has an ultra-luxury MSRP of $119,900 USD.
