HUMAN MADE, a streetwear label founded by Japanese designer NIGO, has announced the launch of its STORM COWBOY DENIM collection, a two-piece denim capsule said to be inspired by the designer's favorite vintage pieces.
Headlining the capsule is the Storm Cowboy Denim Jacket Type 1939 and the Storm Cowboy Denim Pants Type 1939. They are both made from neppy selvedge denim and given a faded treatment, lending them a distinctly vintage, worn-in aesthetic appeal.
Even the detailing of both pieces contributes to their vintage looks, such as the purposeful discoloration and damage of the denim, the chain-stitched hem work, and the button-fly openings. In addition, subtle HUMAN MADE branding has been added to the garments; both pieces come donning the brand's signature heart-shaped buttons and rivets.
