Architecht Zaha Hadid has recently completed an Oxford University library design using reflective steel panels. This design is featured on the Investicorp Building. The reflective steel panels give the illusion that the building is floating above the earth.
The building's face is curved with no visible frame. It swooshes across the courtyard which is a bit sunken into the ground. The actual building is 1,127 square meters. One unique feature in the building is there are ceiling windows shaped like raindrops and the massive lecture hall that seas 117 people.
The building is home to Oxford University’s extensive book collection of a modern Middle East archive of private papers and historic photographs.
