A Specsavers Campaign Encourages Movie-Goers to Check their Sight

A new Specsavers campaign has reached the big screens as those who go to a showing at Cineworld Cinemas will be met with a comical series of ads. It will be run for the next six months and highlight attention to those who clearly need to schedule an eye exam.

The campaign interrupts the usual reminder for those to turn off their phones but the announcer is unable to read it as the text will be shown as too small. Another ad features a cinema cleaner vacuuming right in front of the screen. Richard James, global creative director of the brand shares, "Specsavers’ unique brand of humor lends itself perfectly to these new media formats, and we hope we can entertain the audience just as much as what follows on the big screen."
