We often hear about a variety of space missions taking off to find out what lies in the great wide universe so keeping track of all the various satellites and missions can be quite difficult. According to the 'Where Are They Now?' infographic by Julie Rossman put together in honor of the latest World Science Festival fills readers in on where the 29 currently active space missions are and the status of them.
Currently as of August 2015 there are 29 space missions underway with satellites tracking a variety of aspects of space. Each of the missions are organized on this chart based on distance to the sun. The closest space mission to the sun is Akatuski known as Dawn with the intetion of tracking what the atmosphere quality of Venus is.
