Its sleek, unique shape houses a wireless subwoofer and is easily mountable on a wall. As part of LG's Music Flow line, the sound bar is capable of playing streamed music through Google Play Music, Pandora and TuneIn. Compatible with other Google Cast products, users can make speaker-specific playlists for their devices, allowing for personalization and customization.
Developers explained that the curved shape, with tweeters at either end, creates a more immersive sound for listeners. The device also comes with i-Sound Mode acts like a built-in equalizer, which allows the sound bar to automatically alter audio setting and volumes based on what is being played.
The LG Music Flow Hs8 is the second curved sound bar to hit the market, creating competition for Samsung's Curved 8.1 Ch 320W Bluetooth Sound Bar.
