Device charging brand Anker unveils a look at its new Solix line including the Solix home energy system. All of the devices are made to preserve energy including the modular battery storage system -- the line was unveiled during an event in New York City. In addition to this, the company also introduces a small battery that is specifically catered to those who reside in condos or apartments to use the device on their balcony-mounted solar panels.
The battery system will launch globally in 2024 and is scalable from 5kWh of power, which is enough to run an average-sized
home for a few hours. Anker ensures that it will "provide high levels of safety and durability, seamlessly transfer to off-grid power and be compatible with home energy equipment such as heat pumps, oil- and gas-powered generators."
