Point-and-Shoot Smartphone Accessories

The Snapgrip for iPhones Allows for One-Handed Photographs

Smartphone photography has taken off thanks to ever improving technology and social media apps such as Instagram; it is only natural that as a result there is a market for such accessories as the Snapgrip for iPhones. Effectively converting the iPhone into a point-and-shoot camera, this attachment provides people with easy-to-use controls so that they can shoot away one-handed if need be.

Created by Lee Harris, a designer based in London, England, the Snapgrip for iPhones simply slides onto the back of the handset. Once secured, people can use it to zoom in and out, focus and change shooting modes. Recently displayed at the 2013 Consumer Electronic Show, the Snapgrip for iPhones is currently vying for funds on Kickstarter to reach a £18,000 goal.
