Qualcomm Introduces the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 Processor

Qualcomm addresses the issue of high flagship prices when it comes to a mid-range smartphone with the introduction of its Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 processor. It is developed with the same flagship features but has a performance that is close to the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3.

It is made with a 4-nanometer process and a "1+4+3 core setup (one prime ARM Cortex X4 at 3.0GHz, four performance cores at 2.8Ghz and three 2.0GHz efficiency cores." In terms of the technicalities, it is comparable to the predictor's 1+5+2 set up. The 'S' model changes a performance approach to an efficiency angle. The main core on the chip also runs slightly faster at 3.4 GHz and has the previous X70 5 modem.
