Full-time Australian industrial design student, Adam Hobbs, has designed a pretty sleek-looking postal van with a self-contained Segway for the delivery of mail.
The Segway has been featured several times on TrendHunter, but this looks like a super-duper version. The design by the Newcastle Hunter Institute student sure trumps the old, beat up mail Jeeps we see in my part of the world. And how cool for Postie, to be able to cruise around on the non-carbon footprint machine!
Now that takes the edge off the "snail mail" stigma!
