Designer Ermi van Oers wanted to make the most minimalist kitchen possible so she designed the '2D Smart Kitchen.'
Reminiscent of the sentient supercomputer HAL 9000, the kitchen handles all of your cooking needs. The kitchen features a giant touchscreen wall and automatically prepares your meals while getting out of your way. With nothing protruding out of your wall, the concept kitchen suggests recipes and then makes them for you. If you want something that you don't have the ingredients for, the wall will inform you of what you need to buy. The 2D Smart Kitchen knows what food you can make by tracking the ingredients in your fridge.
