The smart clock will order pizzas for you and tell you when they're coming. From award-winning technology design firm Artefact, the PizzaTime clock is also beautifully designed for your desktop -- making it perfect for esthetic-conscious lazy people. The pretty wooden box has a knob that you simply twist to pick flavors and press to order. It also shows you, in real-time, the current status of your pizza and will act as a timer when it's on its way.
The working model was created using Domino's API, the Edison platform and Intel low-power microprocessor packages. Described by Artefact as an application of the "Internet of (Fun) Things," the smart clock is "not only utilitarian, but also delightful."
PizzaTime was created as part of Intel's Internet of Things roadshow, a highly anticipated hackathon coming up.
