Skedaddle has been around for a few years but this is the first time it's launched an app. In addition to the app the service has been updated. For those who don't know, the Skedaddle app allows you to book group bus transportation, either with a group of friends or strangers who are also on the same route. Users can create new routes, and if a minimum of 10 people join the ride (10 people is the minimum amount required) then the route creator rides free.
The Skedaddle app can be used for getaways to vacation spots, hiking trails, or the beach. The idea is to give people another way to get out of the city that doesn't involve renting a car or booking a flight or train. The Skedaddle app is out now for both iOS and Android.
