Mixed-Medium Skateboards

This Skateboard Company Features Two Different Art Perspectives

Brooklyn-based skateboard company Mood is headed by art educator So Yoon Lym and graphic artist Michael Willis.

The two creatives are each able to bring something distinctive from their differing art backgrounds to the table. Their latest collection is a gorgeous collaboration that features vintage graphics inspired by '90s campaigns, from labels such as Guess and Stüssy and Vision Streetwear. The nostalgic graphics are instantly eye-catching and evoke a sense of longing for the past. I mean, can you believe the nineties really began 25 years ago?

The final collection is mixed bag of sorts, but a mixed bag that somehow all seems to go together. A cohesive design scheme and color palette makes the collection feel connected.
