Single Pass Printers

Single Pass Jet's single-pass printer is a simple-to-operate, low-cost solution for packaging printing needs. Packaging printers need to be fast, low cost, and stable to support manufacturers’ production tasks. However, although the traditional flatbed printer can perform large-format fast printing tasks, the speed is slow and the price is high, which is not suitable for packaging and printing needs in small batches.

The HK-SP-HPX model single-pass ink printer can print fast on carton packaging at a speed of 20m2/min. This printing speed can basically meet the needs of small batch packaging customization. Additionally, Single Pass Jet's single pass printer allows for customization with HP printing nozzles. The printing format of a single nozzle is 210mm and multiple nozzles can be customized according to customer needs to obtain larger-format printing needs. The company currently supports printers with up to 6 HP printheads.

Relying on low-cost inks and eco-friendly cartridges, the company allows users to add ink to the ink cartridges themselves to suit their needs. It doesn't use encrypted ink cartridges, which bind to high ink prices. Instead, users can buy suitable inks in the market to lower overall costs.

Single Pass Jet also offers CYMK full-color printing technology, while monochrome printing can also be set up in the accompanying software.
