Designers Erik Olovsson and Kyuhyung Cho have created the SINE collection, a set of clothing racks inspired by mathematics.
To be more specific, Olovsson and Cho chose the sine wave, a mathematical curve. The clothing racks were designed with small waves that allow you to effortlessly space out your clothing. In addition to the wavy clothing racks, the designers also created three types of hangers: one for jewelry and accessories, one for scarves and belts and another for shirts and pants.
Each clothing rack in the SINE collection is made up of an eclectic collection of materials. The base is made of marble, the racks of steel and the rails of aluminum. Here's hoping more designers incorporate math and science into their future creations.
