Sienna Miller Sues Photographers For Harassment

Hollywood star Sienna Miller is not going to wait for the proposed anti-paparazzi "Britney’s Law". In fact, Sienna Miller has begun legal action against photographic agency Big Pictures (UK) Limited and its founder, Darryn Lyons.

Sienna Miller’s lawyers claim these paps are guilty of harassment and invasion of privacy, and explained to London’s High Court that Sienna Miller’s life has been made ‘intolerable’ because of a "campaign of harassment" by photographers causing her "substantial alarm, fear and enormous distress."

It’s a well known fact that celebrities don’t like the paparazzi’s invasion of their privacy (unless they are Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt or Britney Spears during her trainwreck days), but it’s very rare that a celebrity would pursue such legal action. It would be very interesting to see the outcome of Sienna Miller’s case.
