I actually really love the first dress featured in the gallery, but I can see where the controversy is coming from. A lot of people are outraged because they say it glamorizes eating disorders and the ‘pro-ana’ movement.
We all know Halloween costumes are supposed to be scary, offensive and disgusting - check out my portfolio for a few examples that were too extreme to make it to the front page.
With a killer title of "Sexy Anna Rexia," the makers of second costume must have thought they had a winner. It is a skintight black dress with protruding bones. I love how this looks, but hate the name.
Check out the gallery for more skeleton dresses, including one from Dior which was worn on the catwalk. I LOVE the black one with protruding bones, which is part of the collection at the Victoria & Albert museum.
