Norwegian design duo Torbjørn Anderssen and Espen Voll behind the studio Design Within Reach create the Settle Outdoor series along with Scandinavian firm Muuto. The concept of the series embodies a warm sunny feeling that is encapsulated into a soft seating system. The capsule is comprised of Muuto's first upholstered outdoor seating capsule and it made its original debut at Art Basel Miami.
The capsule blends elements of indoor and outdoor spaces elegantly. It proposes various furnishings including a lounge chair, a 2-seater sofa, and a 3-seater sofa. Voll shares, "As the distinction between indoor and outdoor furniture becomes less clear, we bring the comfort of indoors out with us. So, we designed a sofa and lounge chair for spending the best of times outdoors."
