'Self Defense Training Camp' is a new game for the Xbox 360 designed to get you into shape while teaching you skills that may save your life. The game makes use of the system's Kinect peripheral to teach you everything from how to throw the perfect uppercut to how to break out of a choke hold.
'Self Defense Training Camp' has four modes: technique, reflexes, composure and stamina. The game also includes "meditative forms of exercise" designed to keep you calm in stressful situations.
