Seiko Presents the Limited Seiko Presage Craftsmanship Series

Japanese watchmaker Seiko has a deep history since its launch in 1881 and the new Seiko Presage Craftsmanship Series Porter Classic Collaboration Limited Edition watch is the latest to join its roster. It is a modern wristwatch that is essentially a transformed variation of an original Seiko timepiece. It is inspired by the Seiko Laurel, which is the brand's first-ever wristwatch from 1913.

It has a pocketwatch aesthetic due to various components including the round face and chunky dial on the side of the watch. Other details include the stylized font of the Arabic numerals that are purposefully reproduced identically to the original design. It also has a black enamel dial that is crafted by "master enamel craftsman Mitsuru Yokosawa," according to Seiko.
