Sean Wotherspoon, a creative designer who competed in Nike's 'RevolutionAir' competition in celebration of 'Air Max Day,' recently unveiled the unique creation that resulted.
Looking to make something that hadn't been seen before, Wotherspoon combined two different silhouettes: the 'Air Max 1' and the 'Air Max 97.' While the former model's sole is used for the remixed design, it's the latter that's tapped for the uppers of the sneakers. This enabled Wotherspoon to make use of a wide range of colors, as the wavy lines that are featured on the uppers give way to plenty of creative freedom. In addition to utilizing different shades of blue, pink, and purple on these components, Wotherspoon injected the sneakers with more texture by using corduroy as well.
