LEGO has revealed its latest sci-fi spacecraft LEGO set of the Star Wars UCS X-Wing Starfighter. The LEGO set is the third edition and is part of its Ultimate Collector Series (UCS) collection. The previous editions of this LEGO set are the 1,304-piece X-Wing set released in 2000 and the 1,559-piece X-Wing set released in 2013.
The third UCS X-Wing Starfighter LEGO set consists of 1,949 pieces with a new printed plaque piece. The ship is on a stand and comes with a dial for adjusting the wings, which measures over 21 inches in length. There is also a new Luke Skywalker minifigure dressed in his iconic Rebel flight suit that can wield a mini lightsaber and an R2-D2 minifigure that can fit inside the X-Wing Starfighter. The LEGO set will be available on May 4.
