Scent Stories Gets Inspired by Classic Grim Tales

Literature has inspired artworks and movies, but fragrances are rarely associated with great tales; however, Ah&OH Studio has looked to master storytellers for a series of perfumes called Scent Stories.

Take some of classic literature's darkest pieces and put them in a bottle, and you get Scent Stories. The fragrances draw inspirations from several writers who are known for embracing grim, Gothic themes that have been inspirational through various artistic mediums. The caps have been carved into famous literary characters known for being the metaphorical representation of human flaws. The front of the bottle displays the name of the writers, while the back displays the infamous quotes that the antagonists have spoken. One character readers will certainly recognize is Napoleon of George Orwell's 1945 classic 'Animal Farm.'

Scent Stories does a brilliant job embracing the dark nature of the writers and their characters, who are the epitome of evil and insanity.
