The Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD) is excited to announce its new user experience research (UXR) degree programme, which will begin this Fall 2022, the first semester.
The Bachelor of Fine Arts programme was created in partnership with Google and is the first and only degree in user experience research offered in the United States. Students will be equipped to lead design sprints and identify tomorrow's solutions for today's UX challenges. This will be possible thanks to instruction and mentoring from Google design executives. Students who enroll in the UXR programme will learn how to enhance services and products over the whole UX life cycle by using analytics, customer data, and behavioral insights.
"I’m over the moon to announce another historic first for our Bees: the new SCAD B.F.A. in user experience research, developed in partnership with Google. This unique program (our second to co-develop with Google) paves a direct path to careers with Google, the world’s leading tech brand," said SCAD President and Founder Paula Wallace.
