A Russian inventor came up with a hot new way to relax on the go; he built a banya, or sauna, on wheels.
The bizarre four wheel drive cabin, built by Igor Chupin, has been spotted cruising around Russia's Altai region this month. Chupin made the mobile sauna out of an old military vehicle, a GAZ-66 truck, and is charging people 1000 roubles (about $42.37) for ever hour. Judging from the photos, it looks like he was hitting up lumber yards filled with tired men in dire need of a relaxing sweat.
"What Russian guy doesn't love his banya! One day I had the idea to put a bathhouse on wheels and to drive wherever I want!" said Chupin, a self-taught inventor from the Altai region of southern Siberia.
Since the army trucks can travel on just about any terrain, if these made it to mass production, they would be fantastic for backyard and tailgate parties!
