The Samsung self-repair program has been launched officially by the tech brand in South Korea where consumers will be able to order the parts they need to repair specific technology products. The program will cover the Samsung Galaxy S20, Galaxy S21 and Galaxy S22 series smartphones, and will enable consumers to repair the back cover, display and charging port. The brand will send out all required components and tools to perform the work from the comfort of home.
The Samsung self-repair program will also cover the Galaxy Book Pro notebook and three TV models within the UN32N4000 series. The program is expected to be expanded in the near-future with additional products and can be accessed via the Samsung Members app where users will be able to self-diagnose issues with their devices.
