Eric Pautz’s Rubik’s Lamp is a delightfully grown-up twist on the ubiquitous childhood puzzle. The Rubik’s lamp is comprised of translucent cubes that move just like the puzzle for which it is named. There is a white version and a multicolored version; both have an elegant glow whether they’re assembled or scrambled.
I like both versions. The white Rubik’s Lamp has an eerie glow like that of an iceberg; the multicolored Rubik’s Lamp diffuses light like a prism.
