The new cube features six balls trapped inside three transparent plastic spheres. To solve, the player must get the internal balls from inner sphere to outer sphere in matching slots by shaking the toy.
Although it seems challenging, there is still speculation as to whether this new Rubik’s will create as much frenzy and excitement as the original. However, it is certainly guaranteed to create just as much frustration.
The Rubik’s 360 will be available to consumers by August 2009.
