Designers Laura and Kate Mulleavy took inspiration from the Mexican border town of Juarez and sleepwalkers for the Rodarte Fall/Winter 2010 collection. White was definitely a theme in a season already awash with neutral colours.
The models entered the smokey room filled with white candles wearing patchwork tops, Astex prints, lace chiffon, feathers, knits, pearls and a few pairs of sheer pants (a first for a Rodarte runway). The Rodarte Fall/Winter 2010 collection was full of the brand’s signature deconstructed beauty and showed the audience a few new tricks.
