'Temi' is a personal robot on wheels designed to follow a consumer around their home. More than an information hub, Roboteam's design serves as a portable, convenience-enhancing entertainment experience. Much like Amazon's Alexa or Google Home, Temi turns on when it hears its name, however, unlike these devices, this robot quickly moves to aid whoever is calling it.
The three 3 foot tall robot features a 10 inch screen that has a digital connection, allowing it to play music videos or television shows on demand. Using voice recognition, the robot can serve the consumer by calling a spouse, or searching the Internet for an answer to any question. Infused with artificial intelligence, the robot can differentiate between voices, prioritizing the voice that's nearest to it before moving on to assist the next.
