Japanese technology firm Vstone is preparing to hold the world's first robot marathon. The robot marathon will cover 422 laps on a 100-meter track for a total of nearly 26 miles.
The robots in the marathon aren't nearly as tall as their human overlords, which is why the race is playing out over three days instead of a few hours. The entire robot marathon can actually be watched from start to finish on Vstone's Ustream channel. Looks like my weekend has just been planned.
