The Ringen concept watch is literally a timepiece with balls. This conceptual watch tells time using two small balls as opposed to hands. The watch was designed by Marc Tran as a way of telling time more fluidly.
The Ringen concept watch has an unusual face that is unlike that of any other watch. The face of the Ringen has ridges that the minute ball moves over. Each ridge represents two minutes, with no word on how to tell time during odd-numbered minutes. The hours and seconds are a little easier to read. The hours are shown without balls in a small dial at the bottom of the face whereas the seconds can be tracked by following the small ball around the circumference of the circle. You can see the Ringen concept watch here.
