This console is the third iteration of Anbernic's RG353 collection, and it was released in October of 2022 with two available models. The two models are the RG353V and the RG353VS, which are the 'Retro Gaming 3.5-inch series 3 vertical' and the 'Retro Gaming 3.5-inch Series 3 Vertical Single,' with 'Single' referring to the included operating systems, as this device cannot dual-boot into Android.
Both the V and VS models come with the RK3566 quad-core processor, which is capable of playing low-end Android games, as well as most retro games released prior to the 2000s. The RG353V and VS are only 12.6cm x 8.3cm x 2.1cm, making them easy to slide into any pocket and carry throughout the day.
