This retail exhibition by Emmanuelle Moureaux carefully reflects the color palettes of the accompany clothes, and magnifies the collection.
The installation was completed for UNIQLO and its spring 2014 collection. The aim was to reflect the design aesthetics of the clothing with the surrounding retail space, and the results by Emmanuelle Moureaux are spot on. She's managed to take the overall hues, tones and fabrics of the collection and basically reflect this in her own way. Strips of paper make up the installation and hang above the clothes. While this may sound cheap and cheesy to some, it actually works perfectly in the store, bringing out the colors of the fabrics instead of hindering them. Photo Credits: designboom, emmanuelle.jp
