ReCharge by Gelson’s Offers Premium Fare and EV Charging

ReCharge by Gelson’s has been developed by the California-based independent grocer as a new retail experience created in partnership with Rove that will provide shoppers with quick access to essentials alongside electric vehicle charging.

The retail experience includes a 3,000-square-foot convenience store that's flanked by 40 ultra-fast electric vehicle charging stations perfect for fueling up cars when shopping. The location is at 1008 E. 17th street in Santa Ana, and will feature a curated selection of readymade meals like sandwiches, sushi, salads, wraps, charcuterie plates, fresh fruit, snacks, drinks, dairy, frozen items and much more.

President and CEO Ryan Adams spoke on ReCharge by Gelson’s saying, "Launching this new concept is a major milestone for us.
