Garmin has revealed its latest rearview radar tail light, called the Varia eRTL615. With a sleek and compact design, the product provides several mounting options with a universal seat rail mount or a rack/pannier mount. Furthermore, the Varia eRTL615 has an IPX7 rating for water resistance, with a viewing angle of 220 degrees.
The Varia eRTL615 is made specifically for eBike riders and features a battery-free design. In addition, it contains four tail light modes: solid, peloton, night flash, and day flash. Once plugged into the eBike, it can assist in detecting upcoming vehicles behind or up to 150 yards away by offering visual and audible alerts when paired with select Garmin devices on a compatible smartphone.
