This vibrant rainbow cube was created with an aluminum base and a weaving technique.
Artist Megan Geckler created this rainbow cube installation with nothing but a cube-shaped aluminum structure and flag tape. Despite its pixelated appearance, this immersive installation was not digitally rendered in any way and was simply designed by weaving different hues of tape around the entirety of the cube. The immersive installation, called 'Your escape from patterns your parents designed,' was crafted to be entered so that visitors can see the effects of light through the tape.
With its stained glass window effect and vibrant use of colors, this immersive art installation would be of interest to adults and children alike.
