Samsung revealed a new QWERTY keyboard cover at a launch event in New York City, much to the joy of all lovers of old-school tactile keyboards. While many smartphone users have pretty much adjusted to touchscreen keyboards, many still prefer the tangible feedback offered by QWERTY keyboards.
This particular keyboard offers the same tactile and audio feedback you might expect to get from a BlackBerry. However, it also includes all the navigation shortcuts associated with the space below the Galaxy's home screen, as well as the 'home', 'back' and 'recent apps' buttons.
The Samsung QWERTY keyboard is for those who never quite got used to or got around to appreciate touchscreen keyboards, and are happy with more retro typing.
