TV chef Paula Deen is the latest celebrity to enter the world of mobile gaming with the release of her new gaming app, 'Paula Deen’s Recipe Quest.' The puzzle-match video game, which is similar to Candy Crush, has users "mix and match ingredients to Paula’s popular Southern dishes and collect downloadable recipe cards as they complete each level."
The puzzle-match video game features 40 different levels and will be updated weekly with new puzzles and recipes. One can play either solo or compete against friends to get the highest score. As extra incentive to play the game, players will have a chance to win an appearance on the chef's online cooking show, discounts at Paula Deen’s General Store and subscriptions to the Paula Deen Network.
The gaming app is free but has options for in-app purchases. Both iOS and Android devices are able to download and play the game.
