OAMC and Japanese publication PROVOKE have partnered for a multimedia-focused collaboration featuring the work of publisher NITESHA, photographers Daido Moriyama and Takuma Nakahira, and a poem by Takahiko Okada. Okada’s work is featured on the rear of the garments in a custom font. It can be seen on the hem of the ‘M-65’ jacket, or as the main graphic on the back of a shirt. The Peacemaker U.S. military surplus ‘M-65’ liner takes center stage for this release, using an overdyed fabric, embroidery, prints, and patches, alongside the Okada poem on the back.
The six-piece capsule also includes a snow parka in a ‘Mineral Grey’ shade, a relaxed T-shirt design, cotton sweaters, and hoodies. The PROVOKE x OAMC collection releases on July 14 on OAMC’s website.
