The plant-based tuna was created by Impact Food and features a delicious alternative to traditional raw tuna that's made with a blend of pea protein and seaweed for an umami flavor that will melt in the mouth. The sushi-grade raw plant-based tuna will be offered for sampling to help customers feel confident about choosing it in place of conventional fish.
