No matter how often environmentalists preach about saving water, people seem to find it hard not to leave their faucets running. That is why we need proactive designs that remind us how much water we are wasting.
Inspired by the old traditional bowls for domestic water usage, the Plugless Sink by Maja Ganszyniec makes sure you are conscious of your water usage by not having a plughole.
In order to get rid of the used grey water, you have to tip the water out when the sink becomes full. By doing so we become more conscious of how much water we are using and throwing away.
According to the designer, the Plugless sink, "Shows the value of water through its volume and promotes water re-usage."
